Made from hard wheat flour, semolina, fresh eggs, and pasteurized cow's milk, it contains no preservatives or additives.

Its slightly rough texture helps capture sauces beautifully, while its rich flavor makes it perfect for dishes with meat, vegetables, or seafood — or simply with olive oil and feta cheese.
