Each fish is wild-caught and hand-selected the very day it is landed – with no intermediaries, no farms – only pure, wild Aegean seafood.

Availability naturally depends on the day's catch and the season – every morning the sea offers something different.
That's why each order is made upon request, allowing us to suggest what's truly fresh and exceptional on that specific day.

Available whole or cleaned, according to your preference.
Carefully packed in insulated ISO Box with ice, preserving natural freshness and sea aroma until delivery.

You can also combine your fresh fish selection with any other product from the DIVES MARE Boutique collection — from fine wines and spirits to delicatessen creations, gourmet dips, and artisanal pasta — creating a complete culinary experience, inspired by the Aegean.

Fresh Product Order Process (Fish & Shellfish)

To ensure you enjoy the finest, freshest experience from DIVES MARE – Exclusive Seafood, all fresh products are handled through a direct and personalised process.

Please follow the steps below:

1️⃣ Add the "Fresh Fish of the Day" or "Shellfish from Kalloni Gulf" option to your cart, depending on what you wish to order, and complete your purchase as usual.

2️⃣ Our team will automatically see that your order includes a fresh product and will contact you directly to confirm:

  • availability (which depends daily on the catch and authorised harvesting periods),

  • quantities and preferences,

  • and the current pricing.

💡 Even if a specific product isn't available that day, it may be available the next.

3️⃣ Once we agree on the products and prices, you'll receive the final cost and can proceed with payment for the fresh items:

  • either by bank transfer, sending your payment confirmation to our email along with your name and order number,

  • or via a payment request we'll send you securely through Viva Wallet.

4️⃣ As soon as your payment is confirmed, we'll proceed immediately with dispatch of your complete order.

💎 If your order also includes packaged products (such as delicatessen or wines) that have already been paid for, we recommend settling the payment for the fresh items promptly, so that everything can be shipped together — avoiding additional delivery costs.
