The name "Aspela" means "without filters", reflecting the wine's authentic and honest character. Fermented on the skins for several days, it develops a copper-rose color, complex aromas, and a textured palate.
On the nose, it reveals floral notes, dried fruits, sweet spices, and tea leaves, while the palate is rich, structured, and vibrant, with fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, earthy finish.
This is a natural, unfiltered wine, bottled without added sulfites, preserving the vitality and essence of the vineyard.
