1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update Terms and prices without prior notice; updates apply upon publication on this site.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance is concluded by our order-confirmation email. Orders become binding after payment confirmation.

3. Payment Methods

 Your order ships after deposit confirmation. For faster processing, email the payment slip to divesmare@gmail.com .

B. Card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, Apple Pay, etc.) in a secure environment. We do not store card data.

C. PayPal via PayPal's secure checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Greece)

• Pick-up from boutique (Polichnitos): Free, by appointment.

• Mytilene (city): Weekdays; €2 fee; €30 minimum order. Meeting point & time by agreement.

• Kalloni & nearby villages: Tuesdays & Fridays; €4 fee; €40 minimum order. Meeting at a central point in Kalloni.

• Gera – Plomari – South Lesvos: Meeting by agreement (e.g., Perama Gera); €6 fee; €50 minimum order.

• Athens – Thessaloniki: TNT courier, 3–5 business days; €10 for the first kg + €2.50 per additional kg.

• With our own transport company, upon agreement. For bulky or heavy shipments (e.g., fresh products, gift boxes with many items, or crates), we recommend shipping through a partner transport company. There are two options:

  a) Pickup from the transport company's premises at: 63 Kifissou Avenue, Aigaleo, 122 41, tel. 697 400 4032. Indicative transport cost €10-15 per parcel over 5 kg.

  b) Delivery to your location in the areas around central Attica to Kifissia North-Glyfada South. Indicative cost €15-20 per parcel.

  After completing your order, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost and delivery time.

Note on VAT: Shipping VAT follows the VAT rate applicable to the transported goods under Greek law (reduced food VAT where applicable).

5. Perishable Goods — Returns & Cancellations

Our products are perishable foods and cannot be returned.
If goods or packaging arrive spoiled or visibly damaged, a replacement or refund may be arranged upon agreement with adequate proof (e.g., photo or return of packaging).
Personalised compositions (e.g., gift boxes) are non-cancellable and non-returnable after order confirmation.

6. Tax Documents

We issue Retail Receipts or Invoices (via Epsilon Smart). Prices include VAT where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos and product descriptions on this site are the intellectual property of DIVES MARE – Exclusive Seafood.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Competent courts: Mytilene, Greece.
